Minimums & Booking Details
All non-member Saturday weddings require a $10,000 food and beverage minimum (before tax and service charge).
A 22% service charge and applicable sales tax apply to all pricing.
No food and beverage minimums apply to Friday or Sunday weddings.
Special pricing is available for Seabrook Island Club members—please inquire for details.
Wedding dates are secured with a $2,500 + tax non-refundable deposit. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Planning Support & Flexibility
We believe planning should feel supported, not overwhelming. From your initial inquiry through your final walkthrough, our experienced catering and events team partners closely with you and your wedding planner to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed.
Estimated guest counts are due 60 days prior to your wedding, with final guarantees due 14 days prior.
Many couples choose to enhance their wedding weekend with rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, or additional events at Seabrook Island Club. Preferred pricing is available for these events—please ask our team for details.
Ocean Terrace Ceremony Pricing
Experience an unforgettable oceanfront ceremony on our Ocean Terrace, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Ceremony Fee:
December–March & June–August: $3,500 + tax
April–May & September–November: $4,000 + tax

Ceremony Access Includes:
Exclusive use of the Ocean Terrace for your ceremony
Access beginning at 10:00 AM on your wedding day
Adjoining private indoor space for preparation or gathering
White padded resin ceremony chairs
Backup indoor ceremony space in case of inclement weather

Each Wedding Reception Package Includes:
Four-hour reception in the Atlantic Ballroom and/or Carolina Room
Three passed hors d’oeuvres selections
Cocktail hour Farmers Bounty garden display
Plated or buffet-style dinner service (salad and entrées)
Choice of three mini desserts or late-night savory offerings
Four-hour luxury open bar
Champagne toast
Accommodations for children’s meals and vegetarian/vegan requests
